Learn to build your capacity in the kitchen and to prepare and cook lunch to be shared within the group. You will learn to put together a shopping list within a budget, read a recipe and shop for the ingredients. We will also learn about hygiene and food safety, knife skills, and how to prepare ingredients. We will make the meal and enjoy it as a group.
