DESCRIPTION:Wednesdays we receive a fortnightly visit from the Nepean Therapy Dogs so we can be mindful of our surroundings and learn to sit in a calm space. In the alternate weeks though we learn to control our emotions as we take on a boxing-inspired fitness class with Boxability, not to mention burn a lot of calories! Our morning as usual will be spent building individual capacity.
