The Lowdown
“Scenic Excursion to the 3 Sisters: Nature and Fun!”
Get ready for a day of awe-inspiring landscapes and outdoor delights as we embark on a day trip to the iconic 3 Sisters at Katoomba!
Itinerary:
- 9:00 am: Gather at Johnnys Place and set off for the 3 Sisters.
- Morning Tea: Arrive at the 3 Sisters for a picturesque morning tea. Clients can purchase a coffee or milkshakes and take in the view, don’t worry we’ll provide an assortment of snacks.
- Scenic Walk: Explore the beauty of the 3 Sisters with a leisurely walk down to immerse yourself in the natural wonders.
- 11:30 am: Depart for Wentworth Falls Lake.
- Lunch Stop: Arrive at Wentworth Falls Lake for a delightful lunch. Choose from fish and chips or scrumptious pies—your taste buds are in for a treat!
- 2:00 pm: Bid farewell to Wentworth Falls and commence the journey back to Johnnys Place.

- Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for the walk.

Pricing & Inclusions
- The Participant price covers the cost of food/drinks as outlined in the activity description and any entry/activity costs.
- The NDIS price includes support and return transport from Johnnys Place.
- Bookings close one day before the activity unless sold out prior.
- Please refer to our Cancellation Policy prior to booking.
Shuttles
Johnny H Nepean Shuttles will be available for this event, simply just choose your transport option when booking. Shuttle time and cost will be calculated according to your pick up / drop off point. The cost of the shuttle service is not included in the published predicted NDIS cost. More information about our shuttle service can be found here.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* This event will be conducted in compliance with COVID safe practices and any vaccination requirements as outlined by the NSW Department of Health.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required to increase the capacity of the individual making the booking to match the rest of the group.
* We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3 for community-based activities and 1:5 for those held inside Johnny’s Place, at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:5.
