What to Expect
You’ve seen the shows, read the comics, played the characters and maybe even dressed as them. Now you can meet the stars too! Supanova Comic Con & Gaming is Australia’s biggest and best pop culture convention, showcasing anything you can imagine, from film, television, comic books, gaming, sci-fi, fantasy and more!
An all-ages event with a festival feel, Supanova features ‘cosplay’ (costume-role play), fan clubs, musical performances, creative master classes, wrestling, gaming tournaments, competitions, celebrity Q&A panels, and an exhibitor hall full of shopping possibilities.
It’s also a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet your favourite Supa-Star celebrities. You can even take home a keepsake of your meeting in the form of a Photo and/or Autograph*.
The price includes entry, lunch and some snacks throughout the day. Other personal expenses are not included.
Pricing & Inclusions
The Participant price covers the cost of food/drinks as outlined in the activity description and any entry/activity costs.
The NDIS price includes support and return transport from Johnnys Place.
Bookings close one day before the activity unless sold out prior.

Shuttles
Johnny H Shuttles will be available for this event, simply just choose your transport option when booking. Shuttle time and cost will be calculated according to your pick up / drop off point. The cost of the shuttle service is not included in the published predicted NDIS cost. More information about our shuttle service can be found here.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* This event will be conducted in compliance with COVID safe practices and any vaccination requirements as outlined by the QLD Department of Health.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers. We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3 for community-based activities and 1:5 for those held inside Johnny’s Place, at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide. Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:5.
