By actively engaging in various activities and discussions, clients are encouraged to delve deeper into their interests, aspirations, and self-perceptions. Through this exploration, individuals gain a more profound understanding of their unique strengths and areas for growth. The ultimate goal is to not only empower clients with self-awareness but also to elevate their self-confidence and self-esteem.
