Work Readiness Program
Step into a transformative learning experience tailored to empower individuals on their path to employment readiness and professional achievement. Throughout this comprehensive course, participants will delve into an array of topics curated to instil vital skills, foster deep knowledge, and cultivate unwavering confidence essential for workplace success and the pursuit of a harmonious work-life balance.
Starting Work: This module focuses on preparing individuals for their transition into the workforce, covering topics such as job searching, resume writing, job interviews, and workplace expectations to ensure a smooth entry into employment.
Workplace Social Skills: In this module, participants will learn valuable social skills necessary for effective communication and interaction in the workplace. Topics include teamwork, conflict resolution, professional etiquette, and building positive relationships with colleagues.
Independent Me: This module empowers individuals to develop independence and self-sufficiency in various aspects of their lives. Topics covered include self-advocacy, decision-making, money management, and personal safety, fostering autonomy and confidence.
Keeping a Job: Participants will learn strategies for maintaining employment and excelling in their roles through this module. Topics include time management, problem-solving, handling feedback, and career development, ensuring long-term success and job retention.
Work-Life Balance: This module focuses on promoting well-being and balance between work and personal life. Participants will explore topics such as stress management, self-care, healthy lifestyle habits, and maintaining boundaries to achieve a harmonious work-life balance.

All clients attending U-Learn will need to bring in their own prepared food for breaks including a lunch meal.

Pricing & Inclusions
The NDIS price will be determined by the group size and final ratios.
The NDIS price covers all 11 weeks of the course and will be arranged through a Program of Supports.
Bookings close 3 days before the activity unless sold out prior.
