Designed as a heartfelt gesture to express our gratitude from our valued clients to their families, and dedicated carers. This exclusive dinner offers a unique opportunity to come together, share a delicious meal, and celebrate the bonds of friendship and support that enrich our lives every day.
Event Details:
- Date and Time: 2nd June, from 1:00 PM onwards (Clients), 5:00 PM onwards (Carers/Family members)
- Dress Code: Smart Casual

- Gourmet Dining Experience: Indulge in a delectable dining experience as our clients showcase their culinary talents and skills by preparing a sumptuous meal for their invited guests. From appetizers to main courses and desserts, each dish is lovingly crafted with care and creativity to tantalize your taste buds and satisfy your appetite.
- Set Menu: Sit back, relax, and enjoy a carefully curated set menu featuring a variety of mouthwatering dishes prepared by our clients under the guidance of our experienced staff. From signature specialties to classic favorites, there’s something to please every palate and preference at our Thank-You Dinner.
- Table Service: Experience the joy of being served and pampered as our clients take on the role of hosts and hostesses, offering attentive table service and personalised attention to ensure your dining experience is nothing short of exceptional. RSVP and Further Details:
Please book tickets for clients wishing to attend. All clients with bookings will be issued a invitation they can use to invite parents, family and carers with a maximum of two guests per client. This invitation will have a QR code on it for menu selection. There will be a cover charge of $15 per guest which is payable on the day, preferably via credit card.

Inclusions
The Participant price covers the cost of food/drinks as outlined in the activity description and any entry/activity costs.
Bookings close one day before the activity unless sold out prior.
Please refer to the Cancellation Policy prior to booking a ticket.
Shuttles
Johnny H Nepean Shuttles will be available for this event, simply just choose your transport option when booking. Shuttle time and cost will be calculated according to your pick up / drop off point. The cost of the shuttle service is not included in the published predicted NDIS cost. More information about our shuttle service can be found here.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* This event will be conducted in compliance with COVID safe practices and any vaccination requirements as outlined by the NSW Department of Health.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required to increase the capacity of the individual making the booking to match the rest of the group.
* We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3 for community-based activities and for those held inside Johnny’s Place, at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:5.
