About This Event
Happy birthday to Johnny’s Place, Happy birthday to Johnny’s Place… it’s hard to believe but we’ll soon be marking one year since the opening of our new centre in Jamisontown.
Despite the disruptions caused by COVID-19 last year, we pushed on to open our centre in June. Over the past 12 months Johnny’s Place has provided a home away from home for our members.
From weekly social events, the program has Johnny’s Place has expanded to include a Day Program and Johnny H Academy. With big screen TVs, karaoke disco equipment, games and lounges it’s also a fun place to hang out.
To celebrate Johnny’s Place first birthday, please come dressed as your favourite super hero and get ready for a fun evening of music, food and games with friends.
Booking
For those on an NDIS plan, the cost is $20 + NDIS support from $143.05*.
The price includes support, park entry, transport and lunch.
Bookings close 48 hours prior.
Transport
Johnny H Nepean Shuttles will be available for this event — just choose the transport option when booking. Transport time will be calculated according to your pick up / drop off point.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* This event will be conducted in compliance with COVID safe practices and any vaccination requirements as outlined by the NSW Department of Health.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated on a ratio of 1:5 at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
