Cancellation Policy

If you have provided less than seven (7) days’ notice of cancellation for a support, or you do not show up for a scheduled support within a reasonable time or are not present at the agreed place within a reasonable time when the provider is travelling to deliver support, the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits document indicates that Johnny H can claim 100% of the agreed fee associated with the activity from the participant’s plan.

• Shared Services: If you are receiving support in a group setting, it is acknowledged that the support is shared between 2 or more participants. In this situation, you agree to the costs even during short periods of absence and where notice of absence is given. These arrangements allow you to reserve your place in that group or activity. Where adequate notice has been provided, this support will be put on hold.
• 1:1 Services: When receiving support at a 1:1 ratio, support costs will not be charged during absence if notice is seven days’ or more notice is provided.

Participant Contribution

• Credit applied if cancellation is made prior to the day of the activity and the ticket cannot be resold or associated costs can be cancelled.
• If unable to resell or cancel associated costs the client remains liable for the cost of the ticket.
• Non-refundable in the event that the participant does not show up on the date of the activity.

NDIS Funding

• 100 per cent of the NDIS Funding cost is payable when cancellation is less than 7 clear days notice under the NDIS Short Notice Cancellation Policy.
• If your booking can be re-sold prior to the event starting, you will not be charged.

Participant Contribution

• Overnight trips: A non-refundable deposit of $150 is payable within 7 days of booking. 
• Short trips: A non-refundable deposit of $300 is payable within 7 days of booking. 
• Overnight trips: The remaining Participant Contribution is payable 45 days prior to travel. For bookings made within 45 days of travel, the full amount is payable.
• Short trips: The remaining Participant Contribution is payable 60 days prior to travel. For bookings made within 60 days of travel, the full amount is payable.
• Overnight trips: Cancellations made 30 days or more from the start of the trip, and where no replacement is found, incur 50% of the Participant Contribution. 
• Overnight trips: Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip start date, and where no replacement is found, incur 100% of the Participant Contribution.
• Short trips: Cancellations made 60 days or more from the start of the trip, and where no replacement is found, incur 50% of the Participant Contribution. 
• Short trips: Cancellations 30-60 days from the start of the trip, and where no replacement is found, incur 75% of the Participant Contribution.
• Short trips: Cancellations within 30 from the start of the trip, and where no replacement is found, incur 100% of the Participant Contribution.
• Certain pre-booked items – such as flights, accommodation, activity tickets, cruise packages – are subject to the Terms & Conditions / Cancellation Policies of external suppliers and may be non-refundable. 

NDIS Funds

Participant Contribution

• A non-refundable deposit of $500 is payable within 7 days of booking. 
• The remaining Participant Contribution is payable 90 days prior to travel.
• Cancellations made 90 days or more from the start of the trip, and where no replacement is found, incur 50% of the Participant Contribution.
• Cancellations made 45-90 days from the start of the trip, and where no replacement is found, incur 75% of the Participant Contribution.
• Cancellations made within 45 days from the start of the trip, and where no replacement is found, incur 100% of the Participant Contribution.
• Certain pre-booked items – such as flights, accommodation, activity tickets, cruise packages – are subject to the Terms & Conditions of external suppliers and may be non-refundable.  
• Ticketed air fares will incur a cost to change names or cancel – these costs can be advised as required and according to the fees imposed by the supplier. 
• All tours require a minimum number of bookings in order to be financially viable and to have a pleasant group atmosphere. In the event that adequate numbers cannot be achieved, it may be necessary to cancel a scheduled departure. 
• All cancellations must be received in writing by Johhny H and are not effective until this notification has been received. If your trip has commenced, 100% of the full package price is charged. There is no refund for unused services.
• Certain pre-booked items – such as flights, accommodation, activity tickets, cruise packages – are subject to the Terms & Conditions of external suppliers and may be non-refundable.  
• Ticketed air fares will incur a cost to change names or cancel – these costs can be advised as required and according to the fees imposed by the supplier.
