Home Skills, Boxing and Social Connection

Thursdays focus on developing practical skills for maintaining a home environment while building confidence through social connection and physical activity.

Morning Focus

The morning session centres on life skills in the home. Participants engage in practical, hands-on activities such as cleaning, organising personal spaces, and maintaining a safe and functional environment. Tasks are structured to support independence, routine and confidence in managing everyday responsibilities.

At 11am, participants take part in a structured boxing session. This activity supports physical fitness, coordination and confidence, while encouraging participants to follow instructions and engage in a safe, supported environment.

Afternoon Focus

The afternoon session focuses on social connection. Participants take part in group-based activities designed to build communication skills, encourage teamwork and support positive social interactions.
