Cancellation Policy

NDIS SUPPORTS SHORT NOTICE CANCELLATION - LIFE SKILLS DAY PROGRAM; WORK READINESS (SLES); JOHNNY H ADVENTURES; ILEs

If you have provided less than seven (7) days’ notice of cancellation for a support, or you do not show up for a scheduled support within a reasonable time or are not present at the agreed place within a reasonable time when the provider is travelling to deliver support, the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits document indicates that Johnny H can claim 100% of the agreed fee associated with the activity from the participant’s plan.

  • Shared Services: If you are receiving support in a group setting, it is acknowledged that the support is shared between 2 or more participants. In this situation, you agree to the costs even during short periods of absence and where notice of absence is given. These arrangements allow you to reserve your place in that group or activity. Where adequate notice has been provided, this support will be put on hold.
  • 1:1 Services: When receiving support at a 1:1 ratio, support costs will not be charged during absence if notice is seven days’ or more notice is provided.

JOHNNY H ADVENTURES & CADETS: SOCIAL ACTIVITIES & DAY ADVENTURES

Participant Contribution

  • Credit applied if cancellation is made prior to the day of the activity and the ticket cannot be resold or associated costs can be cancelled.
  • If unable to resell or cancel associated costs the client remains liable for the cost of the ticket.
  • Non-refundable in the event that the participant does not show up on the date of the activity.

NDIS Funding

  • 100 per cent of the NDIS Funding cost is payable when cancellation is less than 7 clear days notice under the NDIS Short Notice Cancellation Policy.
  • If your booking can be re-sold prior to the event starting, you will not be charged.

JOHNNY H ADVENTURES: RESTRICTED TICKETED SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND ADVENTURES

Participant Contribution

  • Credit applied if cancellation is made prior to the day of the activity and the ticket cannot be resold or associated costs can be cancelled.
  • If unable to resell or cancel associated costs the client remains liable for the cost of the ticket.
  • Non-refundable in the event that the participant does not show up on the date of the activity.

JOHNNY H ADVENTURES: OVERNIGHT & SHORT ADVENTURES

Participant Contribution Cancellation

  • A non-refundable deposit of $50 is to be paid within 3 days of the booking confirmation.
  • The remaining Participant Contribution is to be paid five weeks prior to the trip start date.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip start date and where no replacement is found incur the full Participant Contribution.

NDIS Funds

  • 100 per cent of the NDIS Funding cost is payable when cancellation is less than 7 clear days notice under the NDIS Short Notice Cancellation Policy.
  • If your booking can be re-sold prior to the event starting, you will not be charged.

JOHNNY H ADVENTURES: GLOBAL ADVENTURES

Participant Contribution

  • 150 days or more prior to travel – loss of the deposit (unless a suitable replacement is found)
  • 121-149 days prior to travel – 50% of the total cost (unless a suitable replacement is found)
  • 120 days or less prior to travel – 100% of the total cost (unless a suitable replacement is found)

NDIS Funding

  • 100 per cent of the NDIS Funding cost is payable when cancellation is less than 7 clear days notice under the NDIS Short Notice Cancellation Policy.
