Cancellation Policy

JOHNNY H ADVENTURES & CADETS: SOCIAL ACTIVITIES & DAY ADVENTURES

Participant Contribution

  • Credit applied if cancellation is made prior to the day of the activity and the ticket can be resold or associated costs can be cancelled.
  • If unable to resell or cancel associated costs the client remains liable for the cost of the ticket.
  • Non-refundable in the event that the participant does not show up on the date of the activity.

NDIS Funding

  • 100 per cent of the NDIS Funding cost is payable when cancellation is less than 7 clear days notice under the NDIS Short Notice Cancellation Policy.

JOHNNY H ADVENTURES: RESTRICTED TICKETED SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND ADVENTURES

Participant Contribution

  • Credit applied if cancellation is made prior to the day of the activity and the ticket can be resold or associated costs can be cancelled.
  • If unable to resell or cancel associated costs the client remains liable for the cost of the ticket.
  • Non-refundable in the event that the participant does not show up on the date of the activity.

  • 100 per cent of the NDIS Funding cost is payable when cancellation is less than 7 clear days notice under the NDIS Short Notice Cancellation Policy.

JOHNNY H ADVENTURES: OVERNIGHT & SHORT ADVENTURES

Participant Contribution Cancellation

  • A non-refundable deposit of $50 is to be paid within 3 days of the booking confirmation.
  • The remaining Participant Contribution is to be paid three weeks prior to the trip start date.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip start date and where no replacement is found incur the full Participant Contribution.

NDIS Funds

  • Cancellations made within 10 business days from the trip start date and where no replacement is found incur the full cost of NDIS support.

JOHNNY H ADVENTURES: GLOBAL ADVENTURES

Participant Contribution

  • 150 days or more prior to travel – loss of the deposit (unless a suitable replacement is found)
  • 121-149 days prior to travel – 50% of the total cost (unless a suitable replacement is found)
  • 120 days or less prior to travel – 100% of the total cost (unless a suitable replacement is found)

NDIS Funding

  • Cancellations made within 10 business days from the trip start date and where no replacement is found incur the full cost of NDIS support.
