Social Media & Online Safety
Tuesdays focus on building safe and responsible technology use while supporting physical wellbeing through structured gym activities.
Morning Focus
The morning session centres on safety in social media and computer use. Participants learn how to protect personal information, including keeping passwords, photos and private details secure. Sessions explore how to recognise online risks such as cyberbullying, scams and fake accounts, while building understanding of respectful and appropriate online behaviour.
Participants also learn about privacy settings and how to control who can see their content. The aim is to increase confidence using technology safely while encouraging thoughtful decision-making and awareness of digital footprints.
