Get ready for seven days of sunshine, culture, waterpark fun and resort relaxation on our fully supported Bali Escape, from 14-20 January 2027.

Staying at Truntum Kuta, participants will be close to the energy of Kuta, with direct access to Kuta Beach and shops, markets and local sights nearby. The resort setting gives everyone time to relax, enjoy the pool, settle into the rhythm of Bali and share the experience with friends. Truntum Kuta is located on Kuta Beach, with shopping and entertainment areas a short walk away.

Across the week, the group will explore Bali’s cultural side with a 3 Temples Tour, take a day trip to Ubud, and enjoy the excitement of Waterbom Bali, home to a mix of mellow, moderate and extreme rides, plus attractions such as the Lazy River, FlowRider and a wide range of slides.

There will also be time to slow down, enjoy the resort, browse local shops and markets, and take in the sights, sounds and colours that make Bali such a popular travel destination.

This trip offers a fun and supportive way to build confidence with overseas travel, practise everyday life skills in a new environment, strengthen friendships and enjoy meaningful community participation. With experienced support throughout the journey, participants can try new experiences, make choices, connect with others and come home with memories they will be proud of.

Pricing & Inclusions

The participant price covers the cost of airfares, food/drinks as outlined in the activity description and any entry/activity costs. This cost is subject to change: if there is a change in final pricing of +/- 5% this price will be adjusted.

A deposit of $400 is required within 7 days of booking. The remaining cost will be due in two instalmentsas set out in the schedule below:

  • Payment 1 of $800 due 16 September 2026
  • Payment 2 of $825 due 30 November 202

The NDIS price includes support and return transport from Sydney Airport International Terminal based on July 2025 pricing. Additional travel and support costs will apply for those travelling from our regional centres to Sydney Airport. Please refer to the NDIS component of the Cancellation Policy prior to booking.

The Non Face to Face estimate is based on 15 travellers at a ratio of 1:3 and July 2025 pricing – this will be adjusted when July 2026 pricing becomes available.

* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* To ensure the wellbeing of all travellers, participation in this trip is subject to an individual risk assessment.
* The itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions, or group needs.
* To travel to Bali, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of arrival and have at least 2 blank pages. Additionally, the passport must be in pristine condition; any water damage, tears, or missing bio-data pages can lead to strict denial of entry.
* Bali entry visa and tourist levy are not included in the participant cost and are the responsibility of each participant to arrange prior to travel.

* We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3 for this adventure at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide. Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:4.
