The Lowdown
Oz Comic-Con is for fans of all ages, interests and pop culture passions with truly immersive experiences across the day. Whether you’re a Muggle, a Mashmallow, an Earper, a Jedi, a Whovian or someone who doesn’t understand a single word that was just said, as long as you love pop culture, there’ll be something for you! Discover the fun and friendly atmosphere set out across a jam-packed show floor consisting of fan engagement spaces, exhibitor stalls, activations and stages hosting a range of insightful panels and workshops. Rub shoulders with local and international guests from film and television in the process whilst also engaging with a lineup of authors, illustrators and cosplayers.
What will you go dressed as though??
Price includes lunch and entry to the show, other personal expenses are not included.
Pricing & Inclusions
- The Participant price covers the cost of food/drinks as outlined in the activity description and any entry/activity costs.
- The NDIS price includes support and return transport from Johnnys Place.
- Bookings close one day before the activity unless sold out prior.
- Please refer to our Cancellation Policy prior to booking.
Shuttles
Johnny H Nepean Shuttles are not available for cadet events.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* This event will be conducted in compliance with COVID safe practices and any vaccination requirements as outlined by the NSW Department of Health.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required to increase the capacity of the individual making the booking to match the rest of the group.
* We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3 for community-based activities and 1:5 for those held inside Johnny’s Place, at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:5.
