What to Expect
Hunter Valley Wildlife Park Exploration: Arrive at the park and spend your morning exploring the diverse range of native and exotic animals. Enjoy interactive experiences such as feeding kangaroos and meeting koalas up close, all while strolling through picturesque surroundings.
Lunch at the Park Café: Refuel with a tasty lunch at the park’s café, offering a selection of delicious meals and snacks to keep you energized for the rest of the day.
Wildlife Encounters and Scenic Walks: After lunch, continue your adventure with more wildlife encounters and scenic walks. Discover the various animal exhibits and enjoy the tranquil natural environment of the park.

Pricing & Inclusions
- The Participant price covers the cost of food/drinks as outlined in the activity description and any entry/activity costs.
- The NDIS price includes support and return transport from Johnnys Place.
- Bookings close one day before the activity unless sold out prior.
- Please refer to our Cancellation Policy prior to booking.
Shuttles
Johnny H Nepean Shuttles will be available for this event, simply just choose your transport option when booking. Shuttle time and cost will be calculated according to your pick up / drop off point. The cost of the shuttle service is not included in the published predicted NDIS cost. More information about our shuttle service can be found here.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required to increase the capacity of the individual making the booking to match the rest of the group.
* We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3 for community-based activities and for those held inside Johnny’s Place, at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:5.
