What to Expect
Glenbernie Family Farms is a family friendly flower farm where you can visit pick sunflowers and capture some impressive photos among the bright yellow backdrop.
Johnny H will enjoy a tour of the farm and choose a sunflower to pick and take home to admire and enjoy.
We will enjoy lunch out at a local cafe or restaurant and take in additional sights around the area.
Our day together starts and finishes at Johnny’s Place. Return transport and lunch are included.
Pricing & Inclusions
The Participant price covers the cost of food/drinks as outlined in the activity description and any entry/activity costs.
The NDIS price includes support and return transport from our starting point.
Bookings close one day before the activity unless sold out prior.

Transport
Johnny H Nepean Shuttles will be available for this event — just choose the transport option when booking. Transport time will be calculated according to your pick up / drop off point.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* This event will be conducted in compliance with COVID safe practices and any vaccination requirements as outlined by the NSW Department of Health.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated on a ratio of 1:3 at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
