Program Overview
Tuesdays focus on developing self-management skills, empowering participants to make informed decisions, manage personal responsibilities, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The morning sessions cover problem-solving, budgeting, and personal wellbeing, while the afternoon features a hydrotherapy aqua aerobics class to promote physical health and relaxation.
Morning Session – Managing Self
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Money management and budgeting
- Personal hygiene and self-care
- Healthy lifestyles, including exercise, nutrition, and sleep habits
- Identifying and managing risks
Afternoon Session – Practical Application
- Hydrotherapy aqua aerobics class to support fitness, coordination, and wellbeing
We do our best to minimise any changes but plans may be forced to change due to external staffing, school holiday programming and adverse weather.
Pricing & Inclusions
The participant price covers the cost of food/drinks as outlined in the activity description.
The NDIS price includes support. Return shuttle bus transport is available from Johnnys Place – choose your stops when booking.
Bookings can be made at any time during the term.

Shuttles
Johnny H Nepean Shuttles will be available for this event, simply just choose your transport option when booking. Shuttle time and cost will be calculated according to your pick up / drop off point. The cost of the shuttle service is not included in the published predicted NDIS cost. More information about our shuttle service can be found here.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required to increase the capacity of the individual making the booking to that required to actively participate in this event.
* We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3, which will be invoiced at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:5.
