Thursday – Focus on Health and Creativity
Thursday supports healthy routines and creative self-expression through a mix of structured learning and hands-on activities.
Morning Focus
Participants explore key health and wellbeing topics such as nutrition, hygiene, movement and self-care. The goal is to help develop habits that support long-term wellbeing.
Afternoon Focus
Art and craft activities offer a chance to express creativity, practise fine motor skills and build focus. The sessions are designed to be calm, inclusive and engaging.

Who is this for?
The Life Skills Day Program is designed for people aged 16 and over with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability. Working within a small group and led by an experienced facilitator, Johnny H Life Skills supports both school leavers and adults to build the capacity and skills needed for everyday living and increased community participation.
Pricing & Inclusions
The participant price covers the cost of food/drinks as outlined in the activity description.
The NDIS price includes support. Return shuttle bus transport is available from Johnnys Place – choose your stops when booking.
Bookings can be made at any time during the term.

Shuttles
Johnny H Nepean Shuttles will be available for this event, simply just choose your transport option when booking. Shuttle time and cost will be calculated according to your pick up / drop off point. The cost of the shuttle service is not included in the published predicted NDIS cost. More information about our shuttle service can be found here.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required to increase the capacity of the individual making the booking to that required to actively participate in this event.
* We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3, which will be invoiced at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:5.
