Friday – Self Awareness and Health and Wellbeing
Fridays help participants understand themselves and others while supporting healthy routines through movement and social activity in the afternoon.
Morning Focus – Self Awareness
The morning session explores qualities of character such as honesty, kindness, loyalty, responsibility and flexibility. Participants learn what values are, how they guide behaviour and how to recognise their own strengths. Activities encourage reflection, positive choices and building a sense of identity. Sessions are supportive and paced to help participants understand emotions, personal goals and respectful interactions with others.
Afternoon Focus – Park Activities, Ball Games and Exercise Equipment
In the afternoon, the group heads outdoors for movement-based activities. These may include ball games, park circuits, simple exercise equipment or group fitness challenges. The focus is on gentle physical activity, teamwork, confidence and social connection while enjoying time outside.
