Tuesday – Building Confidence
Tuesdays are about developing confidence, self-awareness and healthy routines. The day blends important personal skills with practical activities that support wellbeing.
Morning Focus
The morning session centres on self-advocacy. Participants learn how to express their needs, make informed choices, and speak up with confidence. These skills are explored through guided discussions, role play, and real-life scenarios that encourage independence and self-awareness.
Afternoon Focus
The afternoon is dedicated to health and wellbeing. Participants have the choice of either a hydrotherapy session for fitness and fun, or to take part in cooking activities that build healthy habits and practical kitchen skills.
