The Lowdown

Just over two hours from Penrith, Bathurst has plenty to see and do for a fun-filled weekend away.
Not only is Bathurst the spiritual home of motorsports in Australia, this weekend the city plays host to NRL showdown between the Penrith Panthers and the Newcastle Knights. 
We’ll explore the sights in and around Bathurst and attend the game at Carrington Park on the Saturday evening.
Highlights include Mount Panorama – hopefully a lap of the track! – while the National Motor Racing Museum is right next door.

Pricing & Inclusions

The Participant price covers the cost of food/drinks as outlined in the activity description and any entry/activity costs.

The NDIS price includes support and return transport from Johnnys Place.

Bookings close one week before the activity unless sold out prior.

Please note:

* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* This event will be conducted in compliance with COVID safe practices and any vaccination requirements as outlined by the NSW Department of Health.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers. We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3 for community-based activities and 1:5 for those held inside Johnny’s Place, at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide. Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:5.
