Pricing & Inclusions
The Client Contribution covers the cost of the cruise, twin share interior cabin accommodation, meals and transport as outlined in the activity description. This cost is subject to change.
For those travelling from the Gold Coast, there will be an additional client contribution cost for flights starting from $250 return, with pricing to be finalised upon booking due to flight price fluctuations. Those coming from Canberra will travel by bus to Sydney on the day of our scheduled departure – exact times will be confirmed closer to the trip.
Participant Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required within 7 days of booking; a progress payment of $300 is due by 30/08/2025; final payment of $355 is due by 03/10/2025. Please be aware that the client contribution cost component of this trip is subject to our Cancellation Policy.
The NDIS price estimate includes support and return transport from your regional centre. Pricing will vary depending on the region you are travelling from. The NDIS price shown is based on July 2025 pricing. The NDIS cost component is subject to the standard NDIS cancellation terms.
The Non Face to Face estimate is based on 12 travellers and July 2025 pricing. This price will be adjusted based the final number of travellers.
Due to cruise cancellation terms, a minimum number of bookings must be confirmed by mid August for this trip to go ahead.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* Participation in any activity is subject to an individual risk assessment to ensure safety and suitability. The required level of support, including client-to-worker ratios, will be determined based on the client’s needs and the nature of the activity.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed in NSW and QLD. In Canberra, we also service those who are Agency Managed.
* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required to increase the capacity of the individual making the booking to match the rest of the group.
* We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3 for Global Adventures at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:4.
