Pricing & Inclusions
The Participant price covers the cost of the cruise, twin share interior cabin accommodation, meals and transport as outlined in the activity description. This cost is subject to change: if there is a change in final pricing of +/- 5% this price will be adjusted.
Participant Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required within 7 days of booking; a progress payment of $300 is due by 30/06/2025; final payment of $355 is due by 03/10/2025. Please be aware that the participant cost component of this trip is subject to our Cancellation Policy.
The NDIS price estimate includes support and return transport from Sydney. Pricing will vary for those travelling from Canberra or the Gold Coast. The NDIS price shown is based on July 2024 pricing. This price will be adjusted based on revised July 2025 pricing once available. The NDIS cost component is subject to the standard NDIS cancellation terms.
The Non Face to Face estimate is based on 12 travellers and July 2024 pricing. This price will be adjusted based on the revised July 2025 pricing and the final number of travellers.
Due to cruise cancellation terms, a minimum number of bookings must be confirmed by 31 August for this trip to go ahead.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* Participation in any activity is subject to an individual risk assessment to ensure safety and suitability. The required level of support, including client-to-worker ratios, will be determined based on the client’s needs and the nature of the activity.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required to increase the capacity of the individual making the booking to match the rest of the group.
* We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3 for Global Adventures at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:4.
