Trip to the Driving Range
Swing into fun with our upcoming trip to the local driving range! Whether you’re a seasoned golfer looking to refine your skills or a beginner eager to try your hand at golf, this outing is designed to offer an enjoyable and relaxed golfing experience for all skill levels.
What’s Included:
- Transportation: Round-trip transportation from our meeting point directly to the driving range.
- Driving Range Access: Your admission includes access to the driving range facilities, where you can practice your swing and enjoy unlimited balls for the duration of our visit.
- Equipment Rental: No clubs? No problem! We’ll provide golf clubs for those who need them, ensuring everyone gets a chance to hit the green.
- Mini-Lesson: For those new to golf or looking to improve, we’ll kick off with a mini-lesson. Learn the basics of stance, grip, and swing to get the most out of your range time.
- Group Competition: Ready for a little friendly competition? Participate in our longest drive challenge or closest to the pin contest for a chance to win fun prizes.
- Refreshments: Stay hydrated and energized with complimentary water and light snacks provided during the event.

Price includes dinner and driving range entry whilst other personal expenses are not included.
Pricing & Inclusions
The Participant price covers the cost of food/drinks as outlined in the activity description and any entry/activity costs.
The NDIS price includes support and return transport from Johnnys Place.
Bookings close one day before the activity unless sold out prior.
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy prior to booking.
Shuttles
Johnny H Shuttles will be available for this event, simply just choose your transport option when booking. Shuttle time and cost will be calculated according to your pick up / drop off point. The cost of the shuttle service is not included in the published predicted NDIS cost. More information about our shuttle service can be found here.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* This event will be conducted in compliance with COVID safe practices and any vaccination requirements as outlined by the Department of Health.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required to increase the capacity of the individual making the booking to that required to actively participate in this event.
* We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3 for community-based activities and for those held inside Johnny’s Place, at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:5.
