The Lowdown

We are going to “Road Trip” to Kangaroo Valley and enjoy one of our most popular overnight experiences, a Farm Stay. Whilst there we’ll engage in some animal experiences and take in some of the local tourist attractions in the valley and surrounds.

Overnight Trips are a great way to build independence and experience new places within a supported group. This trip is suited to those with less travel experience through to those that have travelled many times with us.

Pricing & Inclusions

The Participant price covers the cost of airfares if required, food/drinks as outlined in the activity description and any entry/activity costs.

The NDIS price includes support and return transport from Johnnys Place.

The final ratio of the client booking will be determined by an individual assessment to determine the level of support the individual will require to participate in the trip uncompromised.

Bookings close one week before the activity unless sold out prior.

Shuttles

Johnny H Nepean Shuttles will NOT be available for this event.

Please note:

* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* This event will be conducted in compliance with COVID safe practices and any vaccination requirements as outlined by the NSW Department of Health.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required to increase the capacity of the individual making the booking to match the rest of the group.
* We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3 for community-based activities and 1:5 for those held inside Johnny’s Place, at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:5.
