The objective of this unit is to help clients develop strong communication, teamwork, and workplace safety skills to support success in both personal and professional environments. This program focuses on building confidence in workplace interactions, understanding workplace expectations, and improving problem-solving skills. Participants will also explore emotional intelligence, personal and professional relationships, and strategies for maintaining a positive and productive mindset.

All clients attending Work Readiness are required to bring prepared food for breaks, including lunch, unless otherwise noted when booking.

* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* This event will be conducted in compliance with COVID safe practices and any vaccination requirements as outlined by the NSW Department of Health.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
Pricing & Inclusions
The NDIS price will be updated when the new price guide is released in July 2025.
The NDIS price covers the duration of the term and will be arranged through a Program of Supports.
Participants are required to supply their own lunch, drinks and snacks.
