Join us for our Australia Day Party at Johnny’s Place — packed with a classic Aussie BBQ and plenty of splash-filled fun! It’s a relaxed and festive way to come together, celebrate Australia Day, enjoy good food, and cool off with some water activities. Expect great company, summer vibes, and lots of laughs as we enjoy the day together.
What to Expect
Catch Up with Friends:
Spend time with everyone at Johnny’s Place, catch up, and enjoy a laid-back day hanging out together.
Australia Day BBQ:
Enjoy a classic Aussie BBQ with all the favourites — perfect for a summer celebration.
Water Fun:
Cool down with a water balloon toss and water blaster activities — expect plenty of splashing, laughter, and friendly fun. Don’t forget to wear something you don’t mind getting wet!
Summer Vibes:
Soak up the sunshine, enjoy outdoor games, and relax in a fun, casual Australia Day atmosphere.
Snacks & Drinks:
Alongside the BBQ, there’ll be refreshments available to keep you fuelled and refreshed.

Pricing & Inclusions
The Participant price covers the cost of food/drinks as outlined in the activity description and any entry/activity costs.
The NDIS price includes the cost of support.
Bookings close one day before the activity unless sold out prior.
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy prior to booking.
Shuttles
Johnny H Nepean Shuttles will be available for this event, simply just choose your transport option when booking. Shuttle time and cost will be calculated according to your pick up / drop off point. The cost of the shuttle service is not included in the published predicted NDIS cost. More information about our shuttle service can be found here.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required to increase the capacity of the individual making the booking to match the rest of the group.
* We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3 for community-based activities and 1:5 for those held inside Johnny’s Place, at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:5.
