This hands-on, creative event is perfect for anyone wanting to make their own beautifully decorated Christmas cake to take home and enjoy (or gift!). With everything provided—including a premade cake, a variety of fun decorations, and festive fondant—you’ll be all set to create a holiday masterpiece.
What to Expect
Cake Decorating Fun: Unleash your inner artist as you decorate your cake using colourful fondant, Christmas-themed lollies, and festive toppings. It’s a creative experience that’s fun for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced baker.
Take-Home Cake: Your decorated cake will be wrapped in cellophane, ready for you to take home and display – or even give as a unique holiday gift.
Lunch & Afternoon Tea: Enjoy a delicious lunch and festive afternoon tea, giving you a chance to relax and socialise in between decorating sessions. It’s the perfect way to refuel and keep the creative energy going.
Festive Atmosphere: With holiday tunes and a merry ambiance, this workshop is all about celebrating the season while crafting something special. It’s an ideal day out for getting into the holiday spirit.

Price includes all decorating supplies, lunch, afternoon tea, and cake wrapping. Other expenses are not included.
Inclusions
The Participant price covers the cost of food/drinks as outlined in the activity description and any entry/activity costs.
NDIS cost covers support only.
Bookings close one day before the activity unless sold out prior.

Shuttles
Johnny H Nepean Shuttles will be available for this event, simply just choose your transport option when booking. Shuttle time and cost will be calculated according to your pick up / drop off point. The cost of the shuttle service is not included in the published predicted NDIS cost. More information about our shuttle service can be found here.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required to increase the capacity of the individual making the booking to match the rest of the group.
* We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3 for community-based activities and 1:5 for those held inside Johnny’s Place, at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:5.
