About This Event
Join Johnny H for a yummy picnic lunch on Wednesday 22 December.
The destination will remain a mystery until closer to the day. Why? The weather can be a little unpredictable in December so we’ll check the forecast before choosing the best spot for our picnic. And beside, who doesn’t love a surprise?!
Booking
For those on an NDIS plan, the cost is $15 + NDIS support from $153.60.
Price includes support, transport, lunch and activity.
Bookings will close 24 hours before this event.
Transport
Johnny H Nepean Shuttles will be available for this event — just choose the transport option when booking. Transport time will be calculated according to your pick up / drop off point.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* This event will be conducted in compliance with COVID safe practices as outlined by the NSW Department of Health.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated on a ratio of 1:3 at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
