Join us for a fun and stress-free Christmas Shopping Day with a small group as we head to Parramatta Shopping Centre! Whether you’re ticking off your gift list or treating yourself, this outing is perfect for getting your holiday shopping done with friends. We’ll browse a range of shops, enjoy a relaxed lunch, and finish the day with gift wrapping back at the centre.
What to Expect
Train to Parramatta: Hop on the train with the group as we head to Parramatta Shopping Centre for a day of festive shopping. Don’t forget to bring your Opal Card!
Holiday Shopping: Explore a variety of shops and pick out the perfect gifts for your family and friends in the bustling Westfield.
Lunch Break: Take a break and enjoy lunch in Westfield’s food court, with plenty of options to recharge and refuel.
Gift Wrapping: Once back at the centre, we’ll wrap up your gifts, so you’re all set for the holiday season.
Treats Along the Way: Enjoy morning tea, a delicious lunch, and afternoon tea as part of the experience, ensuring you stay refreshed throughout the day.

Price includes lunch, afternoon tea, and gift-wrapping. Please bring your Opal Card for the train. Shopping and other expenses are not included.
Pricing & Inclusions
- The Participant price covers the cost of food/drinks as outlined in the activity description and any entry/activity costs.
- The NDIS price includes support and return transport from Johnnys Place.
- Bookings close one day before the activity unless sold out prior.
- Please refer to our Cancellation Policy prior to booking.
Shuttles
Johnny H Nepean Shuttles will be available for this event, simply just choose your transport option when booking. Shuttle time and cost will be calculated according to your pick up / drop off point. The cost of the shuttle service is not included in the published predicted NDIS cost. More information about our shuttle service can be found here.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required to increase the capacity of the individual making the booking to match the rest of the group.
* We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3 for community-based activities and for those held inside Johnny’s Place, at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:5.
