Itinerary:
- Morning: Depart from Johnnys Place and set out on a scenic drive to Cowra, anticipation building as you approach the picturesque Japanese Gardens.
- Mid Morning: Arrive at the Cowra Japanese Gardens and step into a realm of tranquility and beauty. Begin your exploration with a guided tour of the gardens, led by guides.
- Afternoon: After the guided tour, take your time to wander through the gardens at your leisure. Discover hidden pathways, serene ponds, and meticulously manicured landscapes that evoke the essence of traditional Japanese garden design.
- Cultural Activities: Throughout the afternoon, immerse yourself in Japanese culture with a range of optional activities such as tea ceremonies, origami workshops, and traditional Japanese garden games.
- Late Afternoon: As the day draws to a close, find a peaceful spot to relax and reflect amidst the beauty of the gardens. Take in the sights and sounds of nature, and capture memorable moments against the backdrop of this enchanting oasis.
- Evening: Return to Johnnys Place, enriched by a day spent exploring the Cowra Japanese Gardens and experiencing the tranquility and beauty of this cultural gem.

The price includes entry, snacks, and lunch. Other personal expenses are not included.
Pricing & Inclusions
The Participant price covers the cost of food/drinks as outlined in the activity description and any entry/activity costs.
The NDIS price includes support and return transport from Johnnys Place.
Bookings close one day before the activity unless sold out prior.

Shuttles
Johnny H Shuttles will be available for this event, simply just choose your transport option when booking. Shuttle time and cost will be calculated according to your pick up / drop off point. The cost of the shuttle service is not included in the published predicted NDIS cost. More information about our shuttle service can be found here.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* This event will be conducted in compliance with COVID safe practices and any vaccination requirements as outlined by the NSW Department of Health.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required to increase the capacity of the individual making the booking to that required to actively participate in this event.
* We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3 for community-based activities at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:5.
