What to Expect
Scenic Fishing Spots: Set up along the Broadwater’s calm shoreline or hop on a boat for deeper waters. With bream, flathead, and whiting commonly found in the area, there’s always a good chance of a great catch.
Easygoing Sunday Vibes: It’s not just about fishing — it’s about unwinding. Bring your mates, enjoy the sunshine, and settle into a peaceful rhythm with the sound of the water all around.
Lunch Included: Take a break and enjoy a satisfying lunch provided on the day. Whether it’s a fresh barbecue or a packed picnic, everything’s taken care of so you can focus on relaxing.

Pricing Includes
Access to fishing spots at the Broadwater, use of shared gear (or bring your own), and lunch provided as part of the experience.
Pricing & Inclusions
The Participant price covers the cost of food/drinks as outlined in the activity description and any entry/activity costs.
The NDIS price includes support and transport to and from Johnny’s Place for the activity.
Bookings close one day before the activity unless sold out prior.

Shuttles
Johnny H Shuttles will be available for this event, simply just choose your transport option when booking. Shuttle time and cost will be calculated according to your pick up / drop off point. The cost of the shuttle service is not included in the published predicted NDIS cost. More information about our shuttle service can be found here.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* This event will be conducted in compliance with COVID safe practices and any vaccination requirements as outlined by the Department of Health.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required to increase the capacity of the individual making the booking to match the rest of the group.
* We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3 for community-based activities and for those held inside Johnny’s Place, at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:5.
