Hike to Curtis Falls: Begin your adventure with a scenic hike through lush rainforest to the stunning Curtis Falls. Experience the tranquility of nature as you walk through the greenery and arrive at the beautiful waterfall.
Picnic Lunch: After your hike, enjoy a relaxing picnic lunch amidst the serene surroundings of the Tamborine Mountains. Delight in a selection of fresh and tasty picnic options as you soak in the natural beauty around you.
Exploration of the Botanical Gardens: Spend your afternoon exploring the Tamborine Mountain Botanical Gardens. Wander through beautifully landscaped gardens, marvel at the diverse plant species, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this enchanting location.
Return Journey: Wrap up your day with a leisurely journey back, reflecting on the day’s highlights and the wonderful experiences you’ve had.

Pricing & Inclusions
The Participant price covers the cost of food/drinks as outlined in the activity description and any entry/activity costs.
The NDIS price includes support and return transport from Johnny’s Place to and from the activity.
Bookings close one day before the activity unless sold out prior.

Shuttles
Johnny H Shuttles will be available for this event, simply just choose your transport option when booking. Shuttle time and cost will be calculated according to your pick up / drop off point. The cost of the shuttle service is not included in the published predicted NDIS cost. More information about our shuttle service can be found here.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* This event will be conducted in compliance with COVID safe practices and any vaccination requirements as outlined by the Department of Health.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required to increase the capacity of the individual making the booking to match the rest of the group.
* We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3 for community-based activities and for those held inside Johnny’s Place, at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:5.
