The Lowdown

What to Expect
Fun and Active Play: Engage in a round of disc golf, where the aim is to throw a frisbee-like disc into a metal basket in as few throws as possible. It’s a great way to get outdoors and stay active while having fun.
Beautiful Surroundings: Set in the lovely Logan Gardens, you’ll enjoy well-maintained parkland with trees, open spaces, and scenic views, creating a peaceful and enjoyable backdrop to the game.
Group Competition: Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, this day out is all about enjoying a little friendly competition in a relaxed social setting.
Relaxing Breaks: After working up an appetite, take a break and enjoy lunch in the park, with time to chat and share stories about your game.

Price includes lunch and activities. Other expenses are not included.
Pricing & Inclusions
The Participant price covers the cost of food/drinks as outlined in the activity description and any entry/activity costs.
The NDIS price includes support and return transport from Johnnys Place.
Bookings close one day before the activity unless sold out prior.

Shuttles
Johnny H Shuttles will be available for this event, simply just choose your transport option when booking. Shuttle time and cost will be calculated according to your pick up / drop off point. The cost of the shuttle service is not included in the published predicted NDIS cost. More information about our shuttle service can be found here.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* This event will be conducted in compliance with COVID safe practices and any vaccination requirements as outlined by the Department of Health.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required to increase the capacity of the individual making the booking to match the rest of the group.
* We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3 for community-based activities and for those held inside Johnny’s Place, at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:5.
