What to Expect
Elegant Dining Experience: Indulge in a three-course meal featuring two enticing options for both entrée and main course, catering to our clients’ diverse tastes. Soft drinks will be served throughout dinner to complement your meal.
Social Gathering: After dinner, join in for a wonderful photo opportunity, capturing memories of the night with everyone dressed up and ready to shine.
Dancing and Entertainment: Once the dining tables are cleared, the dance floor opens up! Enjoy partner dancing to our usual fun tunes, creating an upbeat atmosphere for all to enjoy.
Party Time: As the night unfolds, the celebration continues with light refreshments such as slushies and water, ensuring everyone stays refreshed while dancing the night away.
The price for this event includes dinner and drinks, while other personal expenses are not included. Don’t miss out on this memorable evening filled with dining, dancing, and delightful company!
Pricing & Inclusions
The Participant price covers the cost of food/drinks as outlined in the activity description and any entry/activity costs.
The NDIS price includes support.
Bookings close one day before the activity unless sold out prior.

Shuttles
Johnny H Nepean Shuttles will be available for this event, simply just choose your transport option when booking. Shuttle time and cost will be calculated according to your pick up / drop off point. The cost of the shuttle service is not included in the published predicted NDIS cost. More information about our shuttle service can be found here.
Please note:
* This event is designed for active participants with a mild to moderate intellectual or developmental disability.
* This event will be conducted in compliance with COVID safe practices and any vaccination requirements as outlined by the NSW Department of Health.
* Johnny H can only accept booking requests from those whose NDIS funds are Self or Plan Managed. If your plan is Agency Managed, please call 1300 053 001 to discuss your options.
* Funding will be calculated based on the final attendance numbers and the individual support required to increase the capacity of the individual making the booking to match the rest of the group.
* We predict and aim for a ratio of 1:3 for community-based activities and for those held inside Johnny’s Place, at the rate set out in the current NDIS price guide.
* Final ratios will fall between 1:2 and 1:5.
